In partnership with St Luke’s Cares, we invite you to a family friendly evening of kite making and film watching. Set in Gaza in 2010, this uplifting feature length film is a celebration of the creativity of Palestinian youth, in the most desolate of circumstances.

The story follows Musa and his sister Widad from Seifa village and Abeer from the Jabolya refugee camp. They rise against adversity to make and fly their kites. The poetic and symbolic meaning of kite flying for Palestinian youth is beautifully conveyed. The 3 young people join with thousands of others on Waha Beach to break the Guinness Record for kite flying.
